RACECONTROL_CONSOLE_BONO_URL not set — Replit sandbox is LAN-isolated from the venue Bono. Production tier-1 sets this env to the deployed Bono admin proxy.

Production enables this by setting RACECONTROL_CONSOLE_BONO_URL + RACECONTROL_CONSOLE_BONO_JWT on the tier-1 deployment. The reader fetches GET /api/v2/capability-manifest verbatim — Bono serves it from the 5s edge cache over WireGuard, James re-validates, racecontrol heart is read-only-canonical.
